目的:系统评价机器人与腹腔镜手术治疗右侧结肠外科疾病的临床效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Medline、Embase等数据库,同时根据以上检索所得文献的参考文献进行扩大检索。采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.2.7统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7项符合标准的研究,共计649例患者。结果显示,机器人右结肠切除组( RRC)与腹腔镜右结肠切除组( LRC)相比,在中转开腹率、吻合口瘘发生率、术后肠梗阻发生率以及住院时间方面差异无显著性。而RRC组在减少术后总体并发症的发生以及术中出血量方面优于LRC组的,差异具有显著性。此外, LRC组的手术花费时间少于RRC组,差异具有显著性。结论通过本次Meta分析发现,RRC组与LRC组相比,其安全性及有效性更优。“,”Objective To evaluate clinical effects of robotic right colectomy and laparoscopic right colectomy of co-lonic diseases. Method Relevant literature was retrieved from databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Medline and Embase. Exploding search was done with references of retrieved articles. The Review Manager software (Version 5. 2. 7) was used for statistical analyses. Result A total of seven studies met the criteria, including 649 cases of patients. Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in conversion rates to open surgery, anastomosis leakage, postoperative ileus and length of hospital stay. RRC is better than LRC in reducing overall complications and estimated blood loss. Moreover, LRC costs less time during operation. Conclusion The results of this meta-analysis suggest that RRC is safer and more efficient than LRC.
