对金葛露及其改良产品降低血液中乙醇浓度的作用进行初步探讨。取小鼠100只,随机分成4组,分别为改良产品组、金葛露组、生理盐水组及空白对照组,灌酒后分别于30min、60min、120min从各组取小鼠10只取血,血液预处理后进气相色谱仪测定乙醇浓度。与生理盐水组比较,金葛露组及其改良产品组在30min、60min和120min时都存在极显著性差异,与金葛露组比较,改良产品组在30min和60min时存在极显著性差异,在120min时存在显著性差异。金葛露及其改良产品都具有明显的降低血液中乙醇浓度的作用,且改良产品比金葛露效果更佳。
The preliminary study on the effect of Jin Gelu and its modified products on reducing the concentration of ethanol in blood was conducted. 100 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: modified product group, Jingelu group, normal saline group, and blank control group. After taking alcohol, 10 mice were taken from each group at 30 min, 60 min, and 120 min respectively. After the blood pretreatment, the gas chromatograph was used to determine the ethanol concentration. Compared with the saline group, the Jingelu group and its modified product group had significant differences at 30 min, 60 min, and 120 min. Compared with the Jingelu group, there was a significant difference at 30 min and 60 min in the modified product group. There was a significant difference at 120 min. Both Jingelu and its modified products have a significant effect of lowering the concentration of ethanol in the blood, and the improved product is better than Jingeluo.
