[目的]为了解邹平县乡村级医疗单位消毒状况,加强医疗卫生机构消毒工作的管理。[方法]2007年4~10月对邹平县418家乡、村医疗卫生机构进行消毒效果调查。[结果]调查418家单位,检测972份样品,合格492份,合格率为50.62%。其中,乡级卫生院合格率为71.76%(122/170),村级卫生室合格率为46.13%(370/802),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同检测项目的合格率也均为乡级高于村卫生室,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。[结论]邹平县乡村医疗卫生机构的消毒质量状况较差,消毒工作存在的主要问题是重视不够,工作人员缺乏专业知识,消毒工作制度不健全等。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection status of rural medical units in Zouping County and to strengthen the management of disinfection work in medical and health institutions. [Method] From April to October, 2007, the disinfection effect of 418 townships and villages in Zouping County was investigated. [Result] 418 units were investigated, 972 samples were tested, 492 were qualified, the pass rate was 50.62%. Among them, the qualified rate of township hospitals was 71.76% (122/170), the qualified rate of village clinics was 46.13% (370/802), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The pass rate of different test items are also higher than the village clinics, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01 or 0.05). [Conclusion] The quality of disinfection of rural medical and health institutions in Zouping County is poor. The main problems in disinfection work are inadequate attention, lack of professional knowledge of staff, inadequate disinfection work system and so on.
