随着行业发展的快速化、技术革新的复杂化、加工制造业的智能化,专业技术工人的劳动也从单一性的重复工作转向综合性的工作任务,这就要求职校学生能够独立安排工作计划并按计划完成工作任务,还要对结果进行有效的检查和监督。因此,对职校学生离不开专业能力、方法能力和社会能力的培养。传统的职业教育课堂传授给学生的大多是单一、孤立的知识和技能,不能促进学生综合能力的形成。笔者认为,培养学生的三大能力,教师应从转变自己的课堂角色开始。一、教师角色转换的必要性
