本文主要针对于触电伤害赔偿案件中的责任认定问题为切入点进行分析,结合当下触电人身损害的归责原则为依据,从高压作业行为与人身损害后果之间有因果关系、低压触电人身损害赔偿责任的构成要件、高压触电人身损害赔偿责任的构成要件等方面进行深入探索与研究,主要目的在于降低触电伤害在我国社会中发生的几率。
