液力变矩器是液力机械传动重要部件之一,能防止发动机过载,和无级地提高扭矩,在国外工程机械中应用较为广泛。1965年我们为了配合发展新产品的需要,对液力变矩器叶轮的制造工艺进行了试验研究。当时没有叶轮图纸,只有引进样机上的一个液力变矩器实物,其叶翰的特征兄表1,叶片进出口角误差大约为±30’,流道表面光洁度▽▽_4以上。我们用比小作坊还要简陋的铸选设备,经过反覆试验,采用 Bi-Sn 合金铸制的型芯盒叶片或用它做熔模材料,采用合脂砂或桐汕砂所制造的型芯,用 ZA14以普通方法铸造的全套叶轮(如照片1)与原机进行对比试
The torque converter is one of the important components of the hydraulic mechanical transmission, which can prevent the engine from being overloaded and increase the torque steplessly. It is widely used in foreign construction machinery. In 1965, in order to meet the needs of developing new products, we conducted a pilot study on the manufacturing process of the torque converter impeller.
