金温铁路是我国第一条引进港资合资建设的地方铁路,它从筹备开工到建设都是采用改革的思路,打破常规,特事特办。现在金华至缙云段84公里已经铺通建成,其余路段工程正在全面推开,取得了可喜的成绩。国铁造价每公里1500万元,而金温铁路只用700万元,金华至缙云段不到500万元。 金温铁路的建设,始终把发挥政治优势作为加快建设克服困难的法宝。提出了“金温铁路=最低造价+奉献精神”的口号。在宣传部门的重视和支持下,以省地两级新闻单位为主要阵地,把金温铁路推向全国乃至世界,特别是在省内达到深入人心,家喻户晓,路人皆知的地步。同时结合工程建设实际,围绕中心工作开展广泛的宣传活动,激发全社会关心、支持和投身铁路建设的积极性。金温铁路开工以来,许多在重点工作建设中,通常是最为棘手的问题,在这里都迎刃而解了。金温铁路的建设经验,值得各地学习、参考。
