在化工生产的间歇精馏操作中(如原料提纯、单体分馏),为了提高接收液的收率和纯度、缩短周期,要求对回流比进行控制和调节,在精馏过程中实现全回流——高回流比——低回流比——高回流比的可变回流比操作.配合科研和生产的需要,我们试制了一台单结晶体管——可控硅时间比例式回流比控制器.它具有全回流、回流比控制、全接收三种操作方式(任意选择).回流比控制范围从2到20分十档可调,其线路具有简单易调,定时精度高,消除了接触元件(如继电器之类)工作不可靠等特点.安装在一个ф150×6000波纹丝网填料塔上,控制苯撑硅橡胶单体分馏.经半年多来使用,工作正常,性能良好.
