随着我国保险业的快速发展,保险市场逐步完善健全,企业思想政治工作在实际中探索。当前我国正处在经济体制改革,社会结构不断变化,利益格局不断更新,社会发展及思想观念呈现多元化发展,因此,保险业的思想政治工作形式相比过去有了较大挑战,如何针对保险业的特点,加强和探索新形式下思想政治工作的新途径,新思路是当前保险业管理人员必须面对的课题。
With the rapid development of China’s insurance industry, the insurance market has been gradually improved and the ideological and political work of enterprises has been explored in practice. At present, our country is in the process of economic system reform, the social structure is constantly changing, the interest pattern is constantly updated, and the social development and ideological concepts are diversified. Therefore, the form of ideological and political work in the insurance industry poses a great challenge compared with the past. The characteristics of the industry, new ways to strengthen and explore the ideological and political work under the new form, and new ideas are the problems currently facing the insurance industry managers.
