目的分析CT三维重建在正畸埋伏牙中的诊断价值。方法 90例常规咬合片和全景片都无法清晰找到埋伏牙位置、牙体形态、萌出位置和与邻牙关系的患者,使用CT扫描和图像三维重建进行检查,同时使用表面遮盖显示法(SSD)和多平面重建(MPR)法找到埋伏牙的位置、形态以及与邻牙的关系。结果在90例患者中,仅有单个埋伏牙的患者有51例(56.67%),有2个埋伏牙的患者27例(30.00%),多个埋伏牙患者12例(13.33%);有21例(23.33%)患者为双侧埋伏牙。经过CT三维重建后,所有患者均清晰显示了埋伏牙的唇腭向位置、牙体形态、萌出方向以及与邻牙的关系。结论使用CT三维重建能准确检查出埋伏牙的位置、牙体形态、萌出位置及与邻牙的关系,CT三维重建在正畸埋伏牙的诊断中具有极大的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of three-dimensional CT reconstruction in orthodontic implants. Methods All 90 patients with occlusal and panoramic films were unable to find the location of the ambush, the shape of the tooth, the position of the eruption and the relationship with the adjacent teeth. The CT scan and 3D reconstruction were used to examine the occlusal surface and the occlusion display method (SSD) And multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) method to find the location, shape and the relationship with the adjacent teeth. Results Among the 90 patients, there were 51 patients (56.67%) with only one single impacted tooth, 27 patients (30.00%) with two impacted teeth and 12 (13.33%) with multiple ambushed teeth. There were 21 (23.33%) patients were bilateral impacted teeth. After CT three-dimensional reconstruction, all patients clearly show the location of the labial and palatal teeth, tooth morphology, eruption direction and the relationship with the adjacent teeth. Conclusion CT three-dimensional reconstruction can accurately detect the location of the impacted tooth, the shape of the tooth, the eruption position and the relationship with the adjacent tooth. CT three-dimensional reconstruction has great value in the diagnosis of orthodontic impacted teeth and is worthy of clinical application.
