[基本案情]犯罪嫌疑人杭某某同妻子刘某某因感情破裂分居两年之久,春节过后,其妻从老家外出打工.杭某某尾随到通辽市科尔沁区红星医院东五十米处,将妻子刘某某拽入一辆出租车内,而后带入一出租房,并实施语言威胁.逼刘打电话给其表小舅子刘某(杭某某怀疑其妻与表小舅子刘某私通),在四天内筹5000元现金,收到钱换人,否则收尸.在这之后四天内,杭某某挟持其妻不断换地点,多次语言威胁其妻用IC卡打电话,并对其妻寸步不离的看管,直至公安机关破案将其抓获,其妻才获自由.
