这里刊载的 “联邦德国黑森州小学美术教学大纲”,是一份很有特色的大纲,“大纲”中不仅规定了具体的教学建议和方案,同时还给予教师一定的灵活性;其目的:使学生的观察能力、思维能力和实际操作能力在美的、 自然的法则中得到培养和锻练。这份“大纲”,对当前我国的小学美术教育的教学和研究可能有所启示和帮助,因此,请广大教师阅读后,能够提出问题,并来稿交流体会。
The “Outline of Art Teaching Syllabus for the Federal Hesse Primary School in Germany” published here is a very distinctive outline. The outline not only stipulates specific teaching suggestions and programs, but also gives the teachers some flexibility. The purpose of the program is: So that students' observation ability, thinking ability and practical ability to be trained in the United States, the natural law and training. This “outline” may provide some enlightenment and help to the current teaching and research of art education in primary schools in our country. Therefore, after reading the majority of the teachers, they should be able to raise questions and make contributions to their experiences.
