装配495型柴油机时,下列零部件应引起重视: (1)主轴承盖与机体的主轴承座加工必须是配对镗孔,两者都打印有相同的配对号码。装配时都朝向侧盖板窗口这一侧。主轴承盖不得彼此互换装配,也不得装反。 (2)第一和第五主轴承盖宽度都较宽,但第五主轴承盖两侧面还铣有方槽,不得装错。 (3)上、下主轴瓦不同,上瓦有油槽和油孔,下瓦没有油槽和油孔,安装时不得装反,否则影响润滑。 (4)第五主轴承座和主轴承盖两侧装有止推片,下止推片的尾部方榫应置于第五主轴承盖两侧的方槽内,不得转动,具有油槽的一面应该朝向曲轴一侧。上止推片虽无方榫,但油槽一面也应朝向曲轴一侧,
