徐立新同志是惠山中学初一(3)班班主任、该班天文小组指导老师。天文小组由十一位同学组成,主要成员有柯斌、杜卫莉等同学。这次哈雷彗星观测活动开始前,天文小组的同学认真听取哈雷彗星讲座,阅谈有关的书籍、资料,到书店购买活动星图,去市少年宫观看哈雷彗星的电视录像,为顺利观测七十六年一遇的哈雷彗星,做了比较充分的准备。经过坚持不懈的观测,他们终于在去年十一月十六日观测到了哈雷彗星。下面选登的日记,真实生动地记录了他们的观测活动,反映了他们热爱科学的精神。
Comrade Xu Lixin is Huishan High School first (3) class teacher, astronomy group instructor. Astronomical team consists of eleven students, the main members are Ke Bin, Du Weili and other students. Before the start of Halley's comet observation activities, astronomical group members listened attentively to Harley's comet lectures, read relevant books and materials, went to the bookstore to purchase activity charts, went to the Children's Palace to watch Harley's comet television video for the smooth observation of seventy-six Harley comet once in the year, made a more adequate preparation. After an unrelenting observation, they finally observed Halley's comet on November 16 last year. The diaries listed below vividly record their observations, reflecting their love for the spirit of science.
