就纤维素酶对漂白阔叶木浆的酶法打浆及其对碳酸钙留着的影响进行了研究。结果表明,Novozym 476处理阔叶木浆,在相同的打浆转数下可以提高打浆度,在打浆30kr时,打浆度提高7.3%;纤维素酶处理后打浆可有效地提高碳酸钙和细小纤维的留着,在打浆25kr转时,碳酸钙的留着率提高66%,在打浆40kr转时,碳酸钙的留着率提高92%。
The enzymatic beating of bleached hardwood pulp with cellulase and its effect on the retention of calcium carbonate were studied. The results showed that Novozym 476 could improve the beating degree under the same beating speed and increase the beating degree by 7.3% at the time of beating 30kr. After beating with cellulase, the beating of calcium carbonate and fines could be effectively improved With the beating of 25kr, the retention of calcium carbonate increased by 66%. At 40kr of beating, the retention of calcium carbonate increased by 92%.
