在无心磨床上采用贯穿磨法加工时,正确而迅速地对正工件高度,采用合理的走刀间切 深的调整方法对提高生产率和机床利用率有重要意义。在实际生产中有采用试磨的方法进行 调整的,若不熟练,就将占用相当长的时间。本文从理论上分析了贯穿磨法的两种切深调整 方法对工件与控制轮接触点偏差的影响,并提出了两种合理的切深调整法和最初工件高度计 算方法的建议。
In the centerless grinding machine through-grinding process, the correct and rapid alignment of the workpiece height, using a reasonable way to adjust the depth of cut to improve productivity and machine tool utilization is of great significance. In the actual production of the use of trial grinding method to adjust, if not skilled, it will take a long time. In this paper, we analyzed the influence of two methods of penetration depth adjustment on the contact point deviation between workpiece and control wheel theoretically, and proposed two reasonable methods of depth adjustment and initial workpiece height calculation.
