从经济角度出发,建立了公路建设的最佳经济规模模型,在公路建设总体规模一定的约束条件下,确定不同公路等级结构,即效益成本比最大的等级结构。在此基础上对陕西省公路合理等级结构进行了测算,并提出今后陕西省公路建设发展的方向。说明该模型在预测公路网规模时具有实用性和可操作性。该模型丰富了公路网规模的预测内容,对中国干线公路网以及区域公路网规划也具有重要的指导意义。
From the economic point of view, the optimal economic scale model for highway construction is established. Under the constraint conditions of the total scale of highway construction, the hierarchical structure of different roads, that is, the maximum benefit-cost ratio structure, is determined. On this basis, the reasonable grade structure of highway in Shaanxi Province is calculated and the future direction of highway construction in Shaanxi Province is proposed. It shows that the model is practical and feasible in forecasting the size of highway network. The model enriches the prediction of the size of the road network and also has important guiding significance for the planning of the trunk road network and the regional road network in China.
