“中餐主题宴会设计”技能大赛作为职业院校展示教学水准的重要手段,对学校来说有着非常重要的作用,通过技能大赛的举办,教师可以引导学生积极锻造自身的技能,结合市场与企业的要求进行教学内容、方式变革,加深学校与企业的职业合作和人才输送联系。但是就已举办的“中餐主题宴会设计”技能大赛中,不难发现在职业院校的教学中还存在一些问题。本文就针对技能大赛中所突显的问题以及赛事的变化走向进行探讨,为学校的教学改革提供方向与理论依据。
As an important means of displaying teaching standards in vocational schools, the “Chinese-themed banquet design” competition plays a very important role in schools. Through the hosting of skill competitions, teachers can guide students to actively forge their own skills and integrate the market with Enterprise requirements for teaching content, ways to change, deepen the school and business cooperation and talent delivery contact. However, it has been held in the “Chinese-style themed banquet design ” skill contest, not difficult to find that there are still some problems in the teaching of vocational colleges. This article aims at the problems highlighted in the skill competition and the changing trend of the competition to provide direction and theoretical basis for the teaching reform in schools.
