结合新建铁路阜阳至六安线霍邱客站钢结构雨棚工程加工制作的过程,对站台雨棚钢管立柱的对接焊缝焊接工艺进行了详细阐述,并选取三组焊接工艺技术参数进行对比施焊试验,分析产生焊缝质量缺陷的原因及整治措施,通过无损检测得出质量优劣评定结果,从而确定了适宜的焊接工艺技术参数,确保雨棚钢管柱焊接质量可控。
Combined with the process of the steel structure canopy engineering of Huoqiu Station of Fuyang-Luan Line of the New China Railway, the butt welding process of the canopy steel column of the canopy was elaborated in detail, and compared with the three welding process parameters Test and analyze the causes of weld quality defects and remediation measures.
