The National Converter Technology Coordination Meeting was held in Shuicheng Iron and Steel Company of Guizhou Province from April 2 to April 7, 1988. The main tasks of the conference are as follows: 1. Modify the “Basic Specifications of Oxygen Converter Technology Operation” to adapt to the requirements of continuous injection and compound blowing; 2. Discuss the oxygen converter plant (plant) level
