通过实验研究和对氟暴露工人健康监护20年动态观在结果表明,氟可引起机体多系统、多功能的损伤,骨外系统损伤主要表现为上呼吸道炎(鼻炎、咽炎)、上消化道炎、牙周炎、血清IgG和免疫功能及血清酶(ALP、SOD)与微量元素(Zn)等改变。这在评价氟暴露对骨外系统损伤方面具有明显的特异性和敏感性,不仅对及时发现氟损伤,而且对工业性氟病的早期诊断具有重要的参考价值。
Through experimental research and health monitoring of workers exposed to fluorine for 20 years, the dynamic results show that fluorine can cause multiple systemic and multifunctional injury, and the extra-corporeal systemic injuries mainly include upper respiratory tract inflammation (rhinitis and pharyngitis), upper gastrointestinal inflammation , Periodontitis, serum IgG and immune function, serum enzymes (ALP, SOD) and trace elements (Zn). This has obvious specificity and sensitivity in assessing fluoride exposure to extra-osseous system injury, which not only can detect the fluorine injury in time, but also has an important reference value for the early diagnosis of industrial fluorine disease.
