一、目的与材料方法 近年来,网纹甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.var.reticulatus Naud.)的生产在我国已有较快的发展,采后运输和贮藏保鲜等问题需要研究解决。据文献记载,甜瓜果实对低温较为敏感,因此贮藏中的冷害问题极为重要。关于甜瓜果实的冷害温度,因变种或品种不同而报道各异。例如‘Cantaloup’(欧美品种商品名)为 2~5℃;‘Honey Dew’(蜜露甜瓜)为7~10℃;‘炮台红’(哈密瓜品种名)为0~2℃等等。网纹甜瓜的品种类型繁多,但关于贮藏适温及其冷害方面的报道较少。本试验仅就‘87—1号’网纹甜瓜果实在贮藏期间冷害发生的规律进行了初步观察。 试验于1989~1990年进行。供试材料为本所温室春季生产的‘87—1号’网纹甜瓜,于1989年5月23日采收,约八成熟(人工授粉后44~48天),用克霉灵药剂在20℃下薰蒸(杀菌防霉)一昼夜,然后装筐覆盖塑料膜分别入1、4、7、10、13、20±0.5℃库贮藏。每一温度处理30个瓜。定期在各温度下测定呼吸强度和乙烯释放量,调查冷害发生情况。并每
