用高效液相色谱法测定苦参中苦参碱的含量,在氨基柱上,以乙腈-NaH_2PO_40.02mol/l(80:20)为流动相,检测波长210nm,苦参碱与其它成分得到良好分离,平均回收率为99.6％。该方法可作为苦参制剂生产过程中苦参药材的质量控制。
The content of matrine in Sophora flavescens was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. On the amino column, acetonitrile-NaH2PO40.02mol/l (80:20) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 210nm. Matrine and other components were good. Separation, the average recovery was 99.6%. This method can be used as a quality control of Sophora flavescens medicinal materials in the production process of Sophora flavescens preparations.
