1993年党的十四届三中全会确定了国有企业改革的方向是建立现代化企业制度,同年颁布的《公司法》及1994年国家体改委制定的《现代企业制度方案》都指出了,公司制及股份制是国有大中型企业改革的主要内容。党的十五大召开后,我省外贸企业和全国的国有企业一样,正在加速建立现代化企业制度。日前,本刊记者就我省外贸企业实行股份制等问题采访了省外经贸系统工会主席丛毅富同志,现将采访内容刊载如下,以供有关方面参考。
In 1993, the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee established that the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises was to establish a modern enterprise system. The Company Law promulgated in the same year and the “Modern Enterprise System Program” formulated by the National Commission for Economic Reform in 1994 pointed out that the company System and joint-stock system is the main content of the reform of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. After the party’s 15th National Congress, the provincial foreign trade companies, like the state-owned enterprises in the country, are accelerating the establishment of a modern enterprise system. Recently, our reporter interviewed Comrade Cong Yifu, chairman of the labor union of the province’s foreign trade and economic system, on issues concerning the implementation of joint-stock system in the province’s foreign trade enterprises. The contents of the interview are now published below for reference by relevant parties.
