Internet finance to consumers convenient and enjoyable payment experience, but subject to scientific and technological constraints, financial security can not be fully protected. Financial democracy is the reciprocal of rights and responsibilities. The current round of Internet financial innovation will inevitably experience the struggle and compromise between supervision and anti-supervision, and will eventually achieve institutional balance. Therefore, we see that the issuance of the draft for soliciting opinions on online payment management has caused many disputes.
