幼儿园教师是履行幼儿园教育教学工作职责的专业人员。《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》是国家对合格幼儿园教师专业素质的基本要求,是幼儿园教师实施保教行为的基本规范,是引领幼儿园教师专业发展的基本准则,是幼儿园教师培养、准入、培训、考核等工作的重要依据。文件颁布后,我国学术界对此进行了广泛讨论,解读内涵,提出贯彻落实的具体措施,并分析其对专门培养幼儿园教师师资的机构——高师院校的影响。该标准的颁布表现出许多亮点,但也存在不尽完善的地方,且面临着许多现实问题的挑战,因此,要真正把标准中的要求落到实处,任重道远。

Therefore, it is a long way to go before the standard requirements can be truly implemented.
