本文阐述了微生物采油及微生物发酵的机理、菌种以及地下发酵注入井的选择等问题,列举了许多国家进行微生物采油的矿场实例。矿场试验结果表明,微生物采油技术都有增产效果,且有一定的有效期,本文建议开展生物聚合物、生物表面活性剂的矿场应用研究,并建立以地下发酵为主攻目标的研究体系,筛选适应地下条件的菌种及各菌种的配伍关系的效果,建立室内模拟实验装置并开展研究,为矿场试验做好技术准备
This paper describes the mechanism of microbial recovery and microbial fermentation, the selection of bacteria and underground fermentation injection wells, and gives some examples of mines in many countries for microbial production. The results of the field test showed that both microbial oil recovery technologies have the effect of increasing yield and have a certain expiration date. In this paper, the research on the application of biopolymers and biosurfactants in the field is proposed and a research system focusing on underground fermentation is established.
