研究了不同的时效工艺对Cu-Ni-Ti电极合金性能的影响。结果表明:该合金固溶处理后,经适当的时效处理,可有效地提高合金的导电率、强度和硬度;确定了该合金的最佳时效工艺并分析了时效硬化的原因。
The effects of different aging processes on the properties of Cu-Ni-Ti electrode alloys were investigated. The results show that the proper aging treatment can effectively improve the electrical conductivity, strength and hardness of the alloy after solution treatment. The optimum aging process of the alloy is determined and the reason of age hardening is analyzed.
