维甲酸(Retinoic acid下称RA)类化合物是一类天然或合成的具有维生素A结构或活性的化合物,在人体内具有多种生物学功能。近年来发现,RA对早幼粒细胞白血病、宫颈的鳞癌和皮肤转移性鳞癌等有治疗作用,引起了研究者的关注。本文对近年来用RA抗实体瘤作用的研究及可能机制作一综述。 1 RA类化合物的理化特性 维生素A在人体内不能合成,需从食物中摄取。蔬菜中的β胡萝卜素和动物组织中的维生素A酯大部分需在肠腔内转化成维生素A后才能被肠上皮细胞吸收,然后经过酯化过程形成维生素A酯,随乳糜微粒进入并贮存于肝脏。部
