目的观察参芍口服液对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血清中的血脂水平及实验大鼠AS发生发展的影响。方法采用雄性SD大鼠60只,随机将大鼠分为六组:普通饲料组、AS模型组、参芍口服液低剂量组、参芍口服液中剂量组、参芍口服液高剂量组以及辛伐他汀对照组。喂食饲养共12周以及对参芍口服液各组给药4周以后,处死大鼠。光镜观察各组大鼠主动脉病理形态学变化;检测各组实验大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平。结果参芍口服液组大鼠主动脉动脉硬化病理改变程度较AS模型组轻,而这种形态差异随着参芍口服液给药剂量的增加而逐渐显著;与AS模型组相比,参芍口服液高剂量组及辛伐他汀组大鼠血清中的TC、TG和LDL-C含量降低(均P<0.05),HDL-C含量升高(P<0.05)。结论参芍口服液可以减轻AS大鼠主动脉的病理学进展,可以有效调节AS大鼠血清血脂水平。
Objective To observe the effect of Shen-shao Oral Liquid on serum lipids in rats with experimental atherosclerosis (AS) and the occurrence and development of experimental rat AS. Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal diet group, AS model group, low dose Shenfu oral solution group, medium dose Shenfu Oral Solution group, high dose Shenfu Oral Solution group and Simvastatin control group. Feeding a total of 12 weeks and the Senate oral solution for 4 weeks after administration, the rats were sacrificed. The pathological changes of the aorta in each group were observed with light microscope. The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in serum of the rats in each group were measured. Results Compared with AS model group, the pathological changes of aortic atherosclerosis in Shen-sheng Oral Liquid group were lighter than those in AS model group, and this morphological difference was more significant with the increase of the dose of Shen-shao Oral Liquid group. Compared with AS model group, The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in serum of high dose oral and simvastatin groups were significantly lower (both P <0.05) and HDL-C levels were higher (P <0.05). Conclusion Shen-shao oral liquid can ameliorate the pathological progress of the aorta of AS rats and can effectively regulate the serum lipid level of AS rats.
