本文提出了采用谷粒酚反应快速鉴定籼粳稻的方法,指出稻谷、糙米、胚乳、谷壳对酚反应的一致性,并详细阐述了影响酚反应的各种因素、酚反应机理及适用范围。
In this paper, we present a method for the rapid identification of indica and japonica rice by using phenol reaction of grain, pointing out the consistency of response to phenol in paddy, brown rice, endosperm and chaff, and elaborate the various factors affecting phenolic reaction, phenol reaction mechanism and application range.
