美国的通用、福特和克莱斯勒三大汽车生产商,经过近百年的发展,曾经创造了辉煌业绩,使美国汽车业成为全球汽车业全球霸主。但是在近几年,美国汽车业“三巨头”出现了连年亏损,最终在2009年,通用和克莱斯勒两大公司向法院申请破产保护,从而使美国汽车业走向衰落。通过对美国的通用和克莱斯勒汽车的破产案例的分析,总结了破产的六大原因,并给我国汽车产业的发展提出了三方面的建议。
After nearly a hundred years of development, the three major auto manufacturers in the United States, Ford, Chrysler have created brilliant achievements and made the U.S. auto industry the global overlord in the global automotive industry. However, in recent years, the U.S. auto industry “Big Three” suffered losses year after year. Eventually, in 2009, General Motors and Chrysler filed for bankruptcy protection from the courts, thereby causing the U.S. auto industry to decline. Through the analysis of GM and Chrysler bankruptcy cases in the United States, the paper summarizes the six major causes of bankruptcy and puts forward three proposals for the development of China’s automobile industry.
