压力容器上的快开盖机构是设备常用的关键部件,但现有的楔齿旋转式和活节螺栓式两种结构存在结构复杂、加工难度大,或组焊和拆卸维修困难等缺陷。本文中针对最常用的压力容器快开盖的活节螺栓式结构进行了优化设计,将该结构中的固定孔支耳设计成“C”型支耳,使在法兰厚度和螺栓孔中心圆一定时,两相邻螺栓孔间距最小、可布置紧固螺栓的数量最多、在承受相同压力情况下的密封性能最优。实践证明本文的优化设计很好地解决了活节螺栓式构件组焊难、拆卸空间与法兰密封的矛盾,可供业内同行设计同类压力容器借鉴。
The quick opening and closing mechanism on the pressure vessel is a commonly used key component of the equipment. However, the two existing structures of the wedge rotation and the living bolt have the disadvantages of complex structure, difficult processing, difficult assembly welding and disassembly and maintenance. In this paper, the most commonly used pressure vessel quick-open cap bolt structure optimization design, the structure of the fixed hole lugs designed as a “C” -shaped ear, the flange thickness and bolt hole When the center circle is fixed, the distance between two adjacent bolt holes is the smallest, the largest number of fastening bolts can be arranged, and the sealing performance under the same pressure is optimal. Practice has proved that the optimal design of this article is a good solution to the contradiction between the group of difficult-to-bolt welding of the bolt-type components, space for demolition and flange sealing, for the industry counterparts to design similar pressure vessels for reference.
