由于粘附分子ICAM-1和LFA-1可能参与免疫调节作用,通过给受体小鼠抗ICAM-1和LFA-1抗体处理的方法,对这一问题进行了探讨.将BALA/C(H-2~d)小鼠心脏移植给C_3H/He(H-2~k)小鼠,通过心跳与否来做为判断移植物状况的指征.心脏停跳意味移植物被排斥.结果表明:在未进行任何处理的小鼠,移植物10天内均被排斥.用抗LFA-1β链(CD18)单克隆抗体M18/2处理受体小鼠并不能延长移植物存活时
Since adhesion molecules ICAM-1 and LFA-1 may be involved in immunomodulatory effects, this issue was addressed by the treatment of recipient mice with anti-ICAM-1 and LFA-1 antibodies.The BALA / C (H -2 ~ d) mice were transplanted to C_3H / He (H-2 ~ k) mice by heartbeat or not, which was used as an indicator of graft status.Get cardioplegia impaired graft rejection.The results showed that: Grafts were rejected within 10 days of the untreated mice. Treatment of recipient mice with the anti-LFA-1 β chain (CD18) monoclonal antibody M18 / 2 did not prolong graft survival
