野生毛花猕猴桃种质资源主要数量性状变异分析及评价指标探讨

【目的】更好地对江西省境内野生毛花猕猴桃(Actinidia eriantha Benth.)资源进行评价。【方法】对野生毛花猕猴桃118份资源果实的主要数量性状进行统计分析和分级。果实的主要数量性状包括单果质量、果形指数、干物质含量、维生素C、可溶性固形物(SSC)、可溶性糖及可滴定酸7项指标,根据K-S正态性检验及频率分布对数量性状进行分级。【结果】单果质量变异系数最大,为33.65%;可溶性固形物最小,为11.91%。经K-S正态性检验,大部分性状呈偏正态分布;根据分析结果,提出5级数量性状分级标准,每个等级提出2份不同区域种质作为参照。【结论】该研究可为我国毛花猕猴桃资源描述的规范化、标准化提供参考。 【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the resources of Actinidia eriantha Benth. In Jiangxi Province. 【Method】 The main quantitative traits of 118 fruits of Actinidia deliciosa were analyzed statistically and graded. The main quantitative characters of fruit were single fruit mass, fruit shape index, dry matter content, vitamin C, soluble solid content (SSC), soluble sugar and titratable acidity. According to KS normality test and frequency distribution, quantitative traits Grading. 【Result】 The coefficient of variation of single fruit was the largest, which was 33.65%. The lowest soluble solid was 11.91%. According to the results of K-S normality test, most of the traits showed a normal distribution. According to the results of the analysis, five grading criteria of quantitative traits were proposed, and two germplasms of different regions were proposed as reference for each grade. 【Conclusion】 This study may provide reference for the standardization and standardization of kiwifruit resource in China.
