十三种名白酒价格的放开是国家物价改革十步到位法的成功尝试。在放开的八年中,各名酒价格大起大落,经历了一段从高到低猛跌,再由低向高持续攀升的复杂过程。作者通过在放开价格八年中的实践与体会,对其间名酒价格大起大落的成因作了较为全面的分析,主要包括:国家放开十三种名白酒价格的背景;放开后各酒种价格起落的三个阶段;放开八年中出现的一些问题,并向各厂家、商家提出了今后对放开价格的十三种名白酒还应加强管理的几个方面。
The liberalization of the price of thirteen kinds of white spirits was a successful attempt at the ten-step method of national price reform. In the eight years of liberalization, the prices of various wines fluctuated and went through a complicated process of falling from high to low and continuing to climb from low to high. The author made a comprehensive analysis of the causes of drastic fluctuations in the price of famous wines through practice and experience during the eight years of liberalization of prices, which mainly included: the background of the state’s liberalization of the price of thirteen famous liquors; the prices of various wines after liberalization. The three stages of the ups and downs; the release of some problems that occurred in the past eight years, and several suggestions for manufacturers and merchants to strengthen the management of the thirteen kinds of famous spirits that will open prices in the future.
