本文通过分析区域连锁超市进军网络的经营特征,发现物流配送规划及成本问题亟待解决。区域连锁超市要重新构建物流配送体系,选择合适的物流配送方式、主体等,进一步解决配送中的关键问题如配送监督及考核。区域连锁超市进军网络要发挥社区门店优势,实现超市物流信息共享,不断提升服务水平,才能实现与消费者的共赢。
This article analyzes the operating characteristics of the regional supermarket chain into the network, found that the logistics and distribution planning and cost issues to be solved. Regional chain supermarkets should rebuild the logistics and distribution system, select the appropriate logistics and distribution methods, the main body, to further solve the key issues in the distribution, such as distribution supervision and assessment. Regional supermarket chains to enter the network to play the advantages of community stores to achieve supermarket logistics information sharing, and constantly improve service levels in order to achieve win-win with consumers.
