本文分析了2015年1—12月我国的入境旅游游客人数,对客源国的旅游动机行为模式进行了研究,介绍了主成分分析法和系统聚类分析法。根据主成分分析法选取了方差贡献率在98%以上的四个主要指标作为主成分,接着运用系统聚类法对30个客源国进行了聚类分析,得到了八个入境客源国的分类,根据不同类别对其提出了不同的旅游市场战略改进措施。希望对于我国入境旅游市场的完善和我国旅游行业旅游产品服务质量的提升具有一定的参考意义。
This paper analyzes the number of inbound tourists in China from January to December in 2015, studies the pattern of tourism motivation in tourist country, and introduces the principal component analysis and cluster analysis. According to the principal component analysis, four main indexes whose variance contribution rate is above 98% are chosen as the main components. Then the cluster analysis of 30 country of origin is done by using the method of cluster analysis. Classification, according to different categories put forward different tourism market strategy improvement measures. Hope for our country inbound tourism market and China’s tourism industry to improve the quality of tourism product service has some reference value.
