小波变换是一种具有良好应用前景的信号处理技术。它能够同时提供信号的时域和频域信息,可将信号分频处理。毛细管电泳电化学检测器虽然有较高的灵敏度,但其电流噪声也影响其检测限和精密度。本文介绍了近年来利用小波变换处理毛细管电泳电化学检测信号的应用现状,表明该方法是提高毛细管电泳电化学检测检测限、优化图谱的方法之一。同时也对其在毛细管电泳电化学检测系统中的进一步发展做出了预测。
Wavelet transform is a signal processing technology with good application prospects. It can provide the signal of both time and frequency domain information, the signal frequency can be processed. Although capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detector has higher sensitivity, but its current noise also affects the detection limit and precision. In this paper, we introduce the application of wavelet transform in the electrochemical detection of capillary electrophoresis in recent years, and show that this method is one of the methods to improve the detection limit and optimize the pattern of electrochemical detection by capillary electrophoresis. It also predicted its further development in the capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detection system.
