中东某火电站EPC总承包项目设计采用国产燃油(气)电力设备。机组进入建设阶段时遇到了遍及中东世界的阿拉伯之春运动。面临ISIS组织和伊拉克政府激烈作战的情况下,结合该项目现场进行的中国工人应急撤离预案及准备的实际情况,分析了应急撤离预案需注意的一些问题。希望为进行海外火电站建设的工程公司应急预案的编制提供一些参考。
The EPC general contracting project for a thermal power station in the Middle East is designed using domestic fuel (gas) power equipment. When the crew entered the construction phase, they encountered the Arab Spring movement throughout the Middle East. Faced with the fierce fighting between the ISIS organization and the Iraqi government, combined with the actual conditions of emergency evacuation plans and preparations for Chinese workers at the project site, some problems that need to be noted in the emergency evacuation plan were analyzed. We hope to provide some references for the preparation of emergency plans for overseas thermal power station construction companies.
