自1999年第一所独立学院创办以来,经过十几年的发展,独立学院的教育体系已基本完善。但是各独立学院在根据市场需求设置热门专业和培养相关人才的同时,对学生传统文化教育的重视却远远不够。建立系统和多样的传统文化教育体系,对提升独立学院学生的人文素养,提高学生未来发展的可持续性具有重大意义。建立传统文化教育课程体系需要从以下几个方面入手:加大师资投入,建立系列传统文化课程,把传统文化课程和当地文化结合起来,使传统文化课程体系内容丰富并富于实践性。
Since the establishment of the first independent college in 1999, after more than a decade of development, the independent college education system has been basically completed. However, independent colleges set popular professional and cultivate related talents according to market demand, while the emphasis on students’ traditional culture and education is far from enough. Establishing a systematic and diverse traditional culture and education system is of great significance to enhancing the humanistic accomplishment of independent college students and enhancing their sustainability in the future. The establishment of traditional culture and education curriculum system needs to start from the following aspects: to increase teachers input, the establishment of a series of traditional culture courses, the traditional culture courses and local culture together, so that the traditional culture curriculum system is rich in content and practical.
