目的:分析临床老年结核患者潜在的一些护理危险因素,为制定针对性的护理安全管理对策提供理论指导和支持。方法:回顾性分析浙江省金华广福医院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的老年结核患者的一般资料,总结导致临床危险事件发生的因素,并制定针对性的护理安全管理对策。结果:实施护理安全管理措施后,护理工作的缺陷减少,医患纠纷的发生得到降低。结论:加强护理安全管理可降低医疗缺陷的发生率,提高患者满意度,最终提高临床护理质量。
Objective: To analyze some potential nursing risk factors in elderly senile tuberculosis patients and to provide theoretical guidance and support for the development of targeted nursing safety management strategies. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the general data of elderly tuberculosis patients admitted from March 2012 to March 2014 in Jinhua Guangfu Hospital of Zhejiang Province was summarized. The factors that led to the occurrence of clinical risk events were summarized and targeted nursing safety management strategies were formulated. Results: After the implementation of nursing safety management measures, the defects of nursing work decreased and the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes decreased. Conclusion: Strengthening nursing safety management can reduce the incidence of medical defects, improve patient satisfaction, and ultimately improve the quality of clinical nursing.
