基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA对矿石破碎过程进行了动态模拟,分析了破碎齿动力侵彻过程中的冲击应力和挤压应力的变化规律。结果表明:在破碎齿侵入矿石的瞬间,齿尖处存在强烈的冲击应力,该冲击应力会随着齿辊转速的增加而增加;在破碎齿侵入矿石后,齿尖处的应力迅速下降,并趋于稳定。
Based on ANSYS / LS-DYNA, the process of ore crushing was simulated dynamically, and the variation of impact stress and compressive stress during the penetration of crushing teeth was analyzed. The results show that there is a strong impact stress at the tooth tips at the moment when the crushing teeth invade into the ore, and the impact stress will increase with the increase of the rotational speed of the tooth roller. After the crushing teeth invade the ore, the stress at the tooth tips rapidly decreases becoming steady.
