劳动法是保护劳动者合法权益、调整劳动关系的基本法律制度,做好劳动保障工作,最根本的就是要执行好劳动法及其相关法律法规。近年来,各地各有关部门在加强对劳动用工和安全生产的监督管理,依法协调劳动关系,保护劳动者合法权益方面做了大量工作,取得了一定的成效。全省劳动法宣传教育工作逐步加强,劳动保障法规规章体系逐步形成,监督管理工作逐步深入,执法力度逐步加大。但是,执行劳动法是一项长期而艰巨的工作,对已经取得的成绩不能估计过高,对实际存在的和可能出现的问题不能估
