为了探讨Ge-132抗癌作用机制,本文进行了Ge-132对荷瘤小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性和红细胞免疫粘附功能影响的体内实验研究。实验采用C57BL/6荷瘤小鼠,腹腔注射Ge-132(剂量分别为100mg/kg、300mg/kg),每日1次,连续14天后,取小鼠脾细胞和血液进行NK细胞活性及红细胞免疫粘附功能测定,并摘除瘤块称重,计算抑瘤率。结果表明,Ge-132对小鼠抑植瘤(S180)的生长具有显著的抑制效应,抑瘤率达55%;荷瘤小鼠脾细胞NK活性明显低于正常对照组,Ge-132能使其得以恢复;荷瘤小鼠RBC-C3b受体花环率和肿瘤RBC花环率明显低于正常对照组(P<001),RBC-IC花环率则高于正常对照组(P<001),注射Ge-132可显著提高RBC-C3b受体花环率和肿瘤RBC花环率,降低RBC-IC花环率。表明Ge-132能增强荷瘤小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性和红细胞免疫粘附功能。
In order to investigate the anti-cancer mechanism of Ge-132, we conducted an in vivo study on the effect of Ge-132 on NK cell activity and erythrocyte immune adhesion function of tumor-bearing mice. C57BL / 6 tumor-bearing mice were injected intraperitoneally with Ge-132 (100mg / kg, 300mg / kg) once daily for 14 days. Spleen cells and blood were collected for NK cell activity and erythrocyte Immune adhesion function determination, and removal of tumor weight, calculate the inhibition rate. The results showed that Ge-132 had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of mouse tumor-bearing S180 cells, with a tumor inhibition rate of 55%. The NK activity of spleen cells in tumor-bearing mice was significantly lower than that of the normal control group RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate and tumor RBC rosette rate in tumor-bearing mice were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P <001), RBC-IC rosette rate was higher than the normal control group (P <0 01). Injection of Ge-132 significantly increased RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate and tumor RBC rosette rate and decreased RBC-IC rosette rate. It is indicated that Ge-132 can enhance NK cell killing activity and erythrocyte immune adhesion function in tumor-bearing mice.
