随着医疗事业改革的不断发展,医院人事管理作为医院内部管理的重要组成部分,逐渐受到人们的关注。尤其是近几年来,医院领导对于人事管理的重要性认识逐渐加大,建立健全的人事管理机构已经成为医院工作的重点。但就现阶段来看,仍旧有很多医院在人事管理上存在着问题,包括人事管理的沟通、管理手段以及培训、激励等相关机制上还存在缺陷,创新医院人事管理已经成为很多医院亟待解决的问题。本文从改善医院人事管理的模式、内容以及手段等方面,提出创新人事管理的具体对策。
With the continuous development of medical reform, hospital personnel management has drawn increasing attention as an important part of hospital internal management. Especially in recent years, hospital leaders have gradually become more aware of the importance of personnel management and establishing sound personnel management organizations has become the focus of hospital work. However, at this stage, there are still many hospitals in personnel management problems, including personnel management communication, management tools and training, incentives and other related mechanisms still exist flaws, innovation hospital personnel management has become a lot of hospitals need to be solved problem. This article puts forward the specific countermeasures of innovation personnel management from the aspect of improving the pattern, content and means of hospital personnel management.
