以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和丙烯酸单体改性月桂酸与环氧树脂E-20的开环反应产物,并以己二酸二酰肼(ADH)为交联剂,制备了室温自交联水性环氧乳液,采用红外光谱、粒度分析仪及透射电镜等表征了乳液结构,研究了DAAM用量及其与ADH质量配比对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,合成的乳液粒径88 nm,DAAM添加质量分数为2%~3%,ADH与DAAM的质量比为0.8~1.0∶1时乳液性能最优,稳定性优异。
The ring-opening reaction products of lauric acid and epoxy resin E-20 were modified with diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) and acrylic acid monomer, and self-cross-linked with adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH) The water-based epoxy emulsion was characterized by FT-IR, particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscopy. The effects of the amount of DAAM and the mass ratio of ADAM to the performance of the emulsion were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the diameter of the emulsion was 88 nm, the mass fraction of DAAM was 2% -3%, and the mass ratio of ADH to DAAM was 0.8-1.0:1.
