通过限制热压缩试样外端区参与塑性变形的改进措施,解决了模拟连轧过程中应变速率低、总应变程度不足的问题,在实验室成功地模拟了武钢 IF 钢热轧过程。实践表明,本方法有效、正确,为今后研究 IF 钢热轧过程所涉及的各种问题创造了有利条件。
The problem of low strain rate and insufficient total strain in the process of simulated continuous rolling was solved by improving the plastic deformation of the outer end region of the hot compression test specimen. The hot rolling process of the Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. IF steel was successfully simulated in the laboratory. Practice shows that this method is effective and correct, which has created favorable conditions for future research on various problems involved in hot rolling of IF steel.
