婴幼儿非细菌性腹泻的主要病原，可由多种病毒引起，国内外研究证实为人轮状病毒（HRS），现将我院近四年来采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对315例患儿腹泻粪便进行了RV病原的检测，证实为轮状病毒肠炎的244例报道如下：
