本文研究了以液态复合酯作硬化剂的水玻璃自硬砂的基本组成及其对自硬砂的硬化强度、硬化速度及其他性能的影响。试验表明,该自硬砂在水玻瑞用量较低的情况下,能获得较高的强度;溃散性得到改善,型砂的可使用时间能在较大范围内有效控制,可用于不同生产条件的造型、制芯。与粉状硬化剂相比较,能大大改善劳动条件和劳动强度。在武钢机械总厂铸纲件上进行了生产试验和应用,浇注铸件重量最小几公斤,最大22吨,在环境保护和经济上效取得了较为明显的果。
In this paper, the basic composition of water glass self-hardening sand with liquid composite ester as hardener and its influence on the hardening strength, hardening speed and other properties of self-hardening sand were studied. The test shows that the self-hardening sand can obtain high strength under the condition of low dosage of glauber, the collapsibility is improved, the usable time of the sand can be effectively controlled in a large range, and the sand can be used in different production conditions Modeling, system core. Compared with the powder hardener, can greatly improve the working conditions and labor intensity. The production test and application were carried out on the foundry project of WISCO Machinery Plant. The least weight of casting castings was a few kilos and the maximum was 22 tons. Obvious results were achieved in environmental protection and economic benefits.
